Scholarship Application

status

Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest has established a Kitsap County scholarship program for students in grades 1-12, to help develop artistic skills, techniques and knowledge. This scholarship may be applied toward art education, workshops, and other approved art related venues that would assist students in their individual creative development. The Scholarship and Grant Committees evaluate each application and present the completed applications to the CAFNW Board for approval.

The amount requested cannot exceed $500 per individual . If multiple members in the same family apply, then the amount will be divided among applicants not to exceed $1,000 per family, per year.

The IRS requires proof of completion of the class. The check and the "Proof of Completion" form will be emailed to the parent/guardian. The teacher needs to sign the form at the scholarship's completion and the parent/guardian needs to mail the completed form within 30 days
