Dixie Armfield

Dixie Armfield has a background in fashion design and retail management. She is a graduate FIDM in Los Angles. Art has been a part of her life but she ventured into glass by taking a class in stained glass at Olympic College. There have been many other classes to increase her knowledge of stained glass techniques, designs and history. In 1998 Dixie took her first fused glass lesson, became fascinated with the entire fusing process.  Dixie opened  Eastern Wind Glass in 2008, where she teaches classes, sells fused and stained glass art and supplies.
